Vinification::
The careful processing and gentle pressing conditions in the pneumatic press allows passing the natural taste and aroma of the grapes. Fermentation takes place under strictly controlled temperatures. The wine is aged, processed and bottled.
Alcohol: 11.5%
Colour: Light golden colour with straw tinge
Bouquet and gustatory palette:
The aroma is dominated by the shades of lime and fresh fruits, slightly veiled notes of the spices. Exotic fruits and flowers in combination with the bright notes of honey, which dominate the long finish, appear in the rich, oily taste of the wine.
Accompaniment:
The wine goes well with seafood, poultry and white fish. Serving temperature +10 … +14 °C.
