60% Muskat 25% Cabernet-Sauvignon 15% Grenache

Hand picking in September - October
Vinification::
The wine is produced by classical technology - maceration and partial fermentation of the pulp in a vertical fermenters then is aged, processed and bottled.
Alcohol: 10 - 12%
Colour: Ruby
Bouquet and gustatory palette:
Fragrance reveals itself in the tones of muscat and spring flowers. Bouquet charms with fresh notes of muscat, which eventually uncovers the fruit and floral tones in the long and elegant finish.
Accompaniment:
The wine is a wonderful aperitif, as well as it's recommended to be serve chilled with fish dishes and appetizers, asparagus and melon, should be at a temperature of +14 … +18 °C.
